What a sweet 5-7-5. Perfect picture. I like the pairing of the famous line "Diamonds are a girls best friend", with the old adage of man's best friend. It certainly works well.

I owned a dog before and I'd rather have diamonds. As a matter of fact, my mother had both. So, I'm allowed to have diamonds and a puppy too.

The rules state that the replies to a review should only be used to thank a reviewer. I am hesitant to do that, but, "Thank you." Your statement, "I don't know how you won this contest" to me is an insult. Out of 45 reviews so far, everyone else has really enjoyed it. It sounds like you took this personal, may I remind you that this is only a simple little "poem." Bill

Oh, how true this is. Give me a dog any day! They are loyal, they love, their presence is a comfort & brings healing, they are the best friend anyone could ever have. Absolutely loved this, especially as I am thousands of miles away from my dog & missing her so much. Well done.
