I love the picture. Muses will not wreck a good working relationship by adding sex to it. If you do it, takes away the impact of the written word. Muses are to help you stir others imaginations. Not yours. Great work. Good luck with the contest.

I love the word "bodacious" which always brings back images of Dick Van Dyke talking/singing in "Mary Poppins." It also sets the TONE for this 5-7-5 beautifully.
Good personification of this Muse who seems to be a fickle lover.
And the slightly serious side as the Speaker can't understand why HE's ignored.
