Simply stated, to the point with that weird ironic twist that is not only capable of turning a tragedy into a comedy, but doing so in such a compact and poignant space, the the reader is forced to re-read, and reevaluate.
Very clever

I appreciate your compliments, Darren..I have a friend with stage 4 cancer, and that got me thinking what cancer does. So this was ?food for thought? . I am beginning to understand that our intestines are really our ?second brains?, and prevention is the ultimate target before we become our own cannibals

Very informative and well-presented article. Your disclaimer notes are good too. It's a necessary thing.
Glad to hear you are a survivor. I like and eat a lot of the things on your list.
I didn't see anything to correct or suggest.
All the best,
Jan

Quite frankly, I've heard of anti cancer foodstuff but never quite kept them listed in my mind or anywhere else.
Your list has opened up a whole new awareness in me and introduced me to more variety from fruits and vegetables over nuts and cereals, with the fabulous accompanying poem.
Thanks so much for posting this.
These are good for health benefits irregardless. ~ I'd use the simple regardless, since it means the same thing and conveys the same message. But this was in the notes, so it really didn't "stop the reader" to fugure it out.

Hi Harry! Prevention and early detection are best, but diet plays a big role. Thanks very much for your supportive review
I hope you are blessed today

Thanks for this well written reminder that it is best to try to prevent cancer rather than treat it once it occurs. I appreciate your poster. I use them all, except the seaweed. Congratulations on being a survivor. Glad that part of your life is behind you.
