A delightful charming little piece. The brief conversation between the clover and the seeker. Alas I have never found a 4 leaf clover. But I will always listen for their subtle call. ;-)
Thanks for sharing and a pleasure to review.

Hi Yvette! I get it! That's so cool... I've never seen that form before. Who's been coming in with the Japanese poetry? I love the two different views. You did a great job MLLOTS! :)

LOL! If I told you the real story behind this one, you probably wouldn't believe it... ;) :) So good of you to drop by for a little 'four-leaf clover hunting', my friend!! ;) :) I'm afraid I'm 'behind' again, but I probably won't be caught up any time soon.... just gonna be content riding in the back of the caravan for a while - LOL! ;) Thanx again for the shiny stars and take care up there! ;) :) Yvette

Nice entry for this contest. I liked the alliteration, first thing it was two people (four arms). Took a second read but it was a nice switch to see what the subject was. Good luck.

That's such a wonderfully written poem and a great writing prompt entry, I think. I really enjoyed reading this poem and I wish more people could find a four-leaf clover.

I love this poem. I like the back and forth of the seeker and the sought. I used to search for four-leaf clovers in Western Pennsylvania as a kid, but I'm not biased. :) -- It's well done; I wouldn't give it six stars if it were not.

Thank you so very much for such an awesome review and for those wonderful stars!! I, too, am a four-leaf explorer of both past and present - welcome to the club, my friend!

Thank you -- and, you're welcome.

This may be the first poem, ever, to be spoken by a four-leaf clover! How unique and super-creative. I like the underlying theme of not giving up, but searching with faith that what you search for is there.
Lovely contest entry!

Great use of your syllables in making the Sedoka. You managed to paint in my mind, myself in a field of clover, trying my best to find that (no pun intended) lucky charm.
Good luck with the contest.

Hunting for the prized four-leaf clover was great fun as a kid. But they were always so hard to find. And when I did find one, they never brought me any extra good luck! Nice poem and I like the picture too.
