Very clever word play! "His dark worse than his bright." Loved this! And yes, let's hope this all "will lighten up soon!!" Take care and stay safe, Seraph ~

This is wonderful. A welcome diversion from the corona virus poems, although that's what on my mind and everyone's. Your cute little doggy and play on words are a delight. Good luck in the contest. Marilyn

This fifteen-syllable poem, Moody Artist, has the right syllable count and paints the PUN into the canvas that represents all we know and love about art.

So clever. Witty and whimsical. Love the word-play--indeed you did it doggy-style. So nice to see such a short piece that packs a punch in a lighthearted manner--too many downers these days. Cheers right back at you. LIZ

-Nice artwork and
presentation.
-The syllable count is good.
-I like your topic and
the description.
-The play on words
in line two is very good.
-I like how you use art
as a symbol of moods at
the current time, and
end with the promise of hope.
-Well done! Good luck in the contest.

This is an excellent entry for the 15 syllable contest, meeting all requirements. The picture is charming, and it is a fitting complement to the words. Thanks for sharing.

My favorite part was, "Moody artist,
his dark worse than his bright,", because I read that part and then looked up at the picture and saw what you did there! Very clever!
