I am struck by this as I have known many who fight this battle. We loose this battle on drugs because...well just follow the money trail-therein the answer lies.

equestik, you are so very correct, we truly have lost this battle that has been going on for forty years and now many States are legalizing a drug to create a new taxation, HOW STUPID?

It appears we have quite a way to go forward and yet we appear to moving backward.

Eternal muse, Thank you I am honored to have won. Yes we have lost this forty year war on drugs and now we have States foolishly hoping for tax windfalls with legalize marijuana...just follow the money, So Sda.

Mia, what is gross is we have lost the war on drugs, and the states and national politicians do nothing to help these people find a pathway off the addictions.
