This is a good entry into the drink contest. It's the best I have read thus far. The text is a great size. The message is clearly stated. The speaker needs motivation to write and is making a secret drink to get her muse back on track. I am glad you didn't reveal what it was. The mystery adds to the poem. The visual fits well. Good luck in the contest.

This is fun and slightly humorous but you didn't write what made the drink 'different' so I guess it is up to the reader to think. The first thing that I thought when I saw that drink on the table alongside the apples is that it was cider of the alcoholic kind but I am left wondering is that what you intended for us?

Very cute and funny piece of poetry. My only writer's block comes from lack of time and children.
I love the rhymes. They did not seem forces or stuck in to fill the spot.
