Interesting. The age of wooing women for many had long since passed, in personal years and in human history. If Sir Edwards is a man of wealth, buying a egg donor, could mean simply buying an entire woman to "do the deed, and grow the seed."

Well, it seems like the Mordeley Manor was not the only thing for sale. Since a blue blood egg donor has been found, there seems to be little doubt about what kind of action old Sir Edward has in mind. No wonder his heart skipped a beat. Let's hope he survives! Your contest entry was in great form, Zanya. I enjoyed
reading it. I could see both a modern twist and one with
a medieval type twist. With modern technology, Sir Edward
found his match and hopefully he will have a heir in 9 months.
This also made me thing of the time of knights and castles
but with modern technology like an anachronism. I liked the
unexpected twist.
