This is so much fun reading all these versions of the crazy convention antics. I am really enjoying it. I thought I was the Queen of Lateness, but your delays are so much more interesting. And your descriptions of the chaos are great. Such a fun project! Well done!

Some excellent images here, Jess, which will stick in my memory. In particular the colours of the fruit truck spill reflected in the windows and your elegant self walking in trying to channel your "I totally meant to arrive now" vice:)) Things clearly deteriorated from bad to worse then (I always say when the day starts badly it ain't gonna get any better!) That Jane Babies deserves to be whipped. How dare she injure Jim - he's my best friend too:)) A thoroughly entertaining read. Thanks Jess. Debbie

I loved hearing about the troubles you often encounter making you late. Chickens in the driveway, huh? That's a good one. I also loved your interpretation of what you were seeing as you made your entrance--some sort of performance art, when the truth of it was just a bunch of adults acting like children.
This has been a fun romp with many funny chapters being added to this wonderful story.
