I think you caught the gist of the recovery process, it so much more revealing and moving words. I eapecially liked the sob muffled in rage, the silk thread, and the end, the freed spirit.

well there are always times in our daily routines where we need to take out time to recover from something, be it bad news or just taking "5" out after a jog round the block
