Interesting, i haveseen many such jokes and have written a few myself about those little blue pills. This one is good and hit the needed syllable count right. Also i give you credit for keeping it tasteful. Well done.

The last line does have five syllables.
"than four hours straight" - hours is two syllables. 8-)

I looked up "hour" and still don't understand how many syllables!!
from the internet:
"Hour and fire are generally considered to be monosyllabic words containing a triphthong".
I don't know what a triphthong is...LOL

Anyhow, Viagra is to man what the passenger jet is to global transportation. The trip may take four hours, but it's a first class trip while you're getting there!

This is a great hoot of 'be careful what you wish for'.
Sometimes too much of something good may not be a good thing.
The overall side effects of this story is less is better at times, smiles.
