They must be very frightening things, tornadoes and hurricanes. I am thankful I live in a temperate climate where we don't have them. How awful to dream about them, it must play on your mind. This was pretty scary, especially as she went to the fortune teller to find out about her love life. The ending was a shock. Well written and well narrated. faye

Well, that was a twist. The whole time I was reading that I was expecting her to either find a hiding place or get picked up by the tornado. Her running into a knife never occurred to me. Great job!

You could never get me to go to a fortune teller. My Mother went to one while 9 of her 10 children were alive.
The fortune teller told her that before she died she would see 3 more of her children die. It happened that way and she regretted having gone to the fortune teller. I think it is so much better not top know. Patricia
