Hi Ine
Poor Smokey having to have these teeth removed. The only thing is he will not feel it, animals are not like us, we make things worse by worrying.
I hope things will go smoothly for him.

It's not good, animals obviously inherit human problems, it must as a result of inbreeding, good catching up! Well done, blessings,, Roy.

What a modern facility! I suppose they were focused on the procedure and did not think to check his teeth. It's too bad he'll have to be sedated again--you can commiserate! Gentle hugs for Smokey- Joan

He has been through so much already
I know if it was me --
I would bring Smokey to the vet. Have him take a look at Smokey's teeth and see if it's necessary to take out the
milk teeth and the adult ones.

Wow! That is one nice clinic. I hope Smokey will be OK and come out of the anesthesia alright. I'm sure he will. It's harder on us than it is on them sometimes.

I love the picture. It certainly looks different than our vet clinics. Too bad Smokey needs some dental work. Even humans dislike having their teeth worked on. But get them now and it should help prevent problems in the future. Some times our animal children can have just as many problems as our human children. Great work.

Poor puppy! I hope you have some nice soft treats waiting when he gets home. Maybe a new bed and toy to cuddle up with. At least when us adults have stuff done to us we know why. All an animal knows is that they are in pain and have to go through another thing that isn't so pleasant. A girl at work has a dog that has seizures. The vet told her the dog doesn't know it happens. I told her that her vet is fully of poop and that he dog knows something is wrong even if he can't call it a seizure he knows something isn't right when he can't stand up after one of this seizures. Dogs are amazing little creatures. Hope all is well in the end
