LoL I'll have to ask him. He calls me, darlin' with a southern drawl, pretty sexy, actually. Thank you, Lisa, you are very kind. I always appreciate excellent reviewers like you, Lisa.

With all the play on words you have done recently, I thought maybe it was you that was referred to as hawk
-
Yeah, I got that. LoL I was playing along with you.
-
Now I see how it is... I should have known you 'get' my dorky humor haha

Hi GBR,
I love the presentation on this Haiku, made me wonder what it was then I realised it was the sound of your Haiku. Very clever. I wonder what was for dinner.
Great.

Wow! I was fully unprepared for the hawk calls! I looked outside my window to see where it was coming from. Haha. Lovely poem. Great picture and sound effects.

An really gorgeous photo that complements your small poem perfectly. It is a very well written Haiku for your love. Chestnuts in Autumn is the main thing.

Once again you have presented us all with another beautifully written haiku, Gypsy Blue Rose.
The 6/7/4 syllable count is well with the haiku "norm" of seventeen syllables, or less.
You've utilized concrete imagery with the lake, and the hawk.
It goes without question that the presentation is just as impressive as the eloquent wording you've used, as your haiku always are.
Even without the audio of the hawk calling his mate home for dinner from across the placid lake, it easily creates a vivid image in the mind's eye.
And isn't that what good haiku is truly all about?
Great job!

Did you listen to my recording?

You're very welcome, and yes, I certainly did listen to your recording.
It was sin-sational!

Thank you, Dean. Do you think it was too much? I think it is but I was experimenting. Please, let me know what you think. Here or PM.

Mmm, I wonder what he's brought home for dinner ...
The scene is well set with the chestnuts reminding us of fall. Even without the audio, I can imagine the hawk's call from across the lake.

Hi Gypsy,
What a wonderful six-seven-four syllable poem you have written. The picture you found to go with your words is beautiful too with all of its amazing colors. You have done a great job in writing it and finding the perfect picture to go with your words.
