Hmm. This one is so deep it kind of gives me the Math Headache I used to get every day in school. Still, it DID get me thinking...and, like math, is important. So two thumbs up for this piece, and good luck in the contest!

This is food for thought. Life does seem to continue in a cycle - a good thing. So, with each ending, there will be a new beginning. Sometimes it just takes awhile. Great entry for the contest.

This is the never-ending question coupled with great artwork. You have used your 20 syllables well and I wish you the best of luck in the contest. I don't think we will we ever know the answer to the question you pose -- I don't think there is an answer - life just is.

Very well done ! It has exactly 20 syllables and the message of the poem is clear though it has only 20 syllables. Good luck in the contest ! Thanks for sharing ..

You have posed eternal questions in just 20 syllables. The answers, of course, are still being debated and will be until the end of time. Thanks for adding this thought-provoking poem to my day. Best of luck in the contest.

I love how you used so very few words in your poem, but yet leave so much to contemplate about. I find myself reading it over and over again to get the meaning. I know its there and I seek to find it. Very powerful stuff!

This is great, a question I'm sure many ask themselves. I dont think life ends...you just move somewhere else and move on to another life. Anyway this made me think, so thanks for sharing.

We have so many concepts, philosophies and fears of what will come with death... Yet, I do see life being "a never ending circle". I just hope were a part of that cycle as well. Good luck in the contest.

This is the universal question for thinking people. You have portrayed it very well, both in words and the picture you chose.
Just a comment: Should the last line perhaps read "It is a never ending circle." The way you have it is a question but there is no question mark at the end.

Thank you so much for reading, reviewing and your kind comments. I will definitely add the question mark, otherwise to use your suggestion makes it 21 syllables rather than 20.

A very well-written twenty syllable poem about life. We don't exactly when it starts and when it ends. Although our bodies will die and detoriorate to dust again the soul lives on and probably will find another body to continue its life.
