Good writing! Oh my gosh, my
late husband and I never were
really on the same wavelength concerning the
housework. The clutter was
50% my fault, 50%, his fault.
Yet, he was of the opinion I
was spending too much time

Lol, it was a fun poem to write, but really isn't actually that bad. My husband loves that I am following my passion of writing, but he hates poetry. As far as getting a cleaning lady, he's been telling me to do that for years, as my Lupus has me pretty crippled up. When you speak of your late husband, it makes me even more convinced how blessed I am.

So true, so true. The men in our lives don't have a clue how hard we work to keep on top of all the jobs to do.
I love your humour in this poem - putting his bed in the shed, shrinking the clothes, always being right.
Hiring a cleaning lady would certainly solve some stress (or add some more if the husband took a fancy to her).

Actually he has been after me to hire in help, since my Lupus has been crippling me for so long, but Lol, I'll make sure when I do, she's ugly & fat. JK
