Another fine chapter and a well-written one. Noah's supports are very caring people, but I think both Noah and Sami will be safer if he keeps his own personal rules about mixing emotions with work. They have still only known each other for just over two weeks, so Sami needs to hold back a bit.

You deserve such credit for writing this after all you've been through. It reminded me of my grad school teacher who completed a teleplay even though his father died. I could never do that, and I hope you never face more hardships and are able to enjoy more relaxation. Didn't notice any hiccups. You deserve a six.

The shooting really accentuates the danger that everyone's in and probably isn't the best time for Noah to consider slackening the rules with Sami. He's got a lot on his plate and conscience. Excellent pace with the story and perfect length to keep everything compact and focused. Well done, Barbara, on another excellent chapter! Debbie

Another excellent piece, Barbara, I'm sorry I missed last weeks post but I've just read it and caught up. Your character's personalities continue to shine through on the page, it does seem that Noah and Sami do have a bit of a way to go yet before that spark between them is really ignited. I really enjoyed reading it.

I was surprisred to see all those men get shot at the poker game. I'm wondering what is happening to all the girls that have been taken by force. It would seem so very bad things are probably happening that they might need a lot of help to get past. This sounds like an extremely dangerous job tying ot break up these men who are kidniapping the young girls.
