I like the art; I'd put that on my wall. Now when you say "not born with it" and then say it's a gift. I thought being born with it is a gift from God. So you confused me on that one.

Yes, you are so right. Creative minds are inherited. The creativity and imagination has to flow uninhibited and artists tend to have that gift. If you're not born with it, you are probably unlikely to try it. If you are trying it, it's because it is already there. ??? Good poem.

I know about creativity and how hard it is to learn such skills! I still cannot draw well, but one day I hope to improve enough to be able to draw the characters from my books!

I am in complete agreement. Creativity is something you must work hard on. I do think out education system in anti creativity. It seems the creative students get kicked to the curb. Anyway, I enjoyed your poem and your artwork.

I first lost any creativity I might have had in Nursery School.
