In my opinion, a short and sweet description of the changing of the guard, in this case summer into fall - fully compliant with the prompt - best wishes in the contest...

I really like this poem! You've painted an interesting picture as you compare the trees losing their leaves with a seduced woman/man shedding their clothing.
Exceptional poem!

A very well-written ode to autumn. The autumn take over summer and leave the trees naked to prepare for winter. A beautiful tree and an awesome background.

You have made excellent use of your seventeen syllables in this vividly descriptive, clever poem. Personification and metaphor work well in conveying the message.

You couldn't have worded that better, and it's happening now. This is a really excellent contest entry for the Ode to Autumn, my favourite season. The colours are stunning and the leaves do try to hold on to their modesty for as long as possible. Well done and good luck. Sandra

"Autumn seduces", is short, succinct. and very much to the point. With a minimum of words, this talented poet, has told it as it. To me, this is a six, but sadly I've run out of them. Good luck in the contest!

Those poor trees go from being pretty then end up bare like they're in a nudist colony! LOL The picture enhances your poem very well. Good luck with the contest!
