What a history! I think life is a little calmer for him now and I know he adores his morning coffee and a leisurely read of the latest news. Happy Birthday, fellow Scorpion, Jake! Oh, Debi, you were feeling it this day when you wrote Jake's birthday poem...I think it was great! I can't imagine what type of adventurous and dangerous life he has lived with defeating death so many times, but he indeed has been blessed.

    Hi Karen, I used a lot of this same info a year ago so you maybe remember some of that. It was called a diplomatic birthday. I am almost caught up with these and 85 behind thanking, and then have one more around Halloween and I am going to try to start reviewing again.

It sounds like Jake has lived a very interesting life, particularly as serving as a foreign diplomat, I'm sure he has some stories he could tell. I hope he has a great birthday. Another excellent piece, Debi, I enjoyed reading it.
