After I finished reading the poem, I scrolled backup to see if this was a faith contest inspired poem. And it is :)
My Faith Restores is an honest portrayal of the power of love, while at the same time acknowledging that there are times when we doubt. But then again, faith restores.

BEAUTIFUL! This poem is so inspiring and encouraging to hang on in the darkness. This could be a anthem for depression.. This is beautifully worded. Love it: Another winner!

Faith can restore, even after the darkest night or the saddest day. Your meter is strong, with simple wording and deep meaning. The comparison of day and night works perfectly with the meaning of faith. I like the peaceful presentation that you chose. You should do nicely with this strong entry.

I enjoyed reading this poem, Brooke. Good luck on the contest. I'll have look at this contest. The colors and the picture certainly good well together. Well done.
It looks like it would be fun to write a poem like this. If I decide to enter, I think I've already have a title for it.

Great work. That faithful feeling that no matter what life throws your way there is light at the end of the tunnel. Great rhyme scheme, even better message. Thanks for posting.

Such fabulous writing here! The rondeau is one I've not done and should try. Thanks for inspiring me to try new forms.
I don't know when I'd try it, but that may come.
Better yet is the content of your poem and its message. You know how I feel about faith and you present it beautifully within your well crafted lines. Free of forceful religion, you just express it in freedom. Love that.
