It is quite evident in this poem that the tragedies mirror someone's life. It is so well composed and tells a grievous story of a search for a loved one, after death and concludes with unwarranted success.

Thank you, I'm really glad you like it. I'm a fan of ghost stories ever since my mom told me about a haunted house in England that was in her neighborhood when she was growing up. Strange lights would be spotted in the empty house. Thanks again.

This story reminds me of a great story called The Lady In White. A ghostly mother searching for her lost daughter. What a wonderfully written poem.

This ghost story in a poem draws the reader in with such an effective line 1- thereafter following closely the twists and turns of a life and the search for a precious daughter - it has all the 'ingredients' for a ghost story well told and the reader is left to figure out 'is it true?'

Awesome ghost story. Nice rhyming scheme And flow to your poem. Her footsteps you will never hear but hear her whispered voice . She searches for someone dear to find her, her heart would rejoice. Very nicely done.
