I'm assuming you mean he didn't call the last shot? I didn't understand the 'bank' terminology - I thought 'banking' was bouncing off the side or another ball? Confused on that.

The rest of the story was priceless. The references and verbiage were amazing and will be hard to beat. Thanks and good luck!

Thank you for the great review, Robyn. Yes, he was suppose to have banked (bouncing off a rail) the ball before it went in the side pocket and he didn't. I might have to mention that in the author notes in case anyone isn't clear on it. So since he didn't bank it, when it was one of the rules, he actually lost the game rather than winning. Hope that cleared it up. I really appreciate the generous stars and good luck wishes. I'm glad you liked this silly piece.
