This is another excellent account of your biography, you are well qualified in this because I know you to be straight shooter, a teller and believer in truth, so I know that's what's on your heart when you Write, I struggle a little with fiction, but, as they say, life is stranger than fiction, so write on Beth. Poor baby, first time flying and ended up being scared. I do hope it didn't have a long term affect on any of you. It's nice that you have your family closer to home. I'm sure liking the boy Carol likes probably eased your worries a little, knowing she has sensible taste. The aids outbreak was horrid, earthshaking. The not knowing was the worst part. I'd forgotten how panicked everyone was in the beginning. All the false claims flying around. Hopefully everyone will settle in their new schools and you can have a little peace for a change. Your chapter is well-written, interesting. I look forward to reading more.

Thank you so much for the review and nice comments. That was my second flight in a big plane. I'd flown in small one. I probably overreacted. Connie got past being scared. She flies a lot now. I've flown more too, but none as bad as that one.

I flew for twenty years and you would be amazed to know how much the wings can withstand. If a wing reached their capacity of their movement you and everybody else on that plane would be all long dead. So rest assured, the plane can withstand so much more than we would ever be able to. I can also understand your worry about Carol, and the religious thing. Now we'll see what will happen. Yes a few things happened in 1981 I had almost all forgotten about. In my airline we lost more than 300 stewards to Aids within a couple of years. It was tragic. Your poor daughter who thought you were at risk eating that supplement.

I'm sure flight attendants have seen it all and have gotten use to flying though storms. I've flown many times since to Europe twice and many other places but that flight was the worst. I was shocked to learn about 300 stewards with Aids. I'm so glad you are enjoying my story. Thank you for the review and comments.

Sorry Beth, I hope you weren't hurt or offended. While I liked it, and felt it was good, I didn't feel excited about it, or that I just was desperate to know more. I think it is lovely family memories, but perhaps not so inspiring for me. I hope you understand, and I also hope I am doing this right!

It is like getting a C, and most people are offended. I understand about new members, but some people are likely to block you. When you only get one, it doesn't count as a review, so I've never gotten more than one. No worries. I understand.

Okay, sorry. When I read the guidelines, they said that four stars meant "Good" while five meant "Excellent", so I was going by that. No intention to offend. I thought I was giving you a good review.

No problem. I gave a few four stars when I was new here too. Everyone does. Now if do it I try to tell the writer what he needs to do to earn the five stars.
