This 1-9-1, Tears to Cheers, has the right set up and reminds the readers that all challenges begin with some level of fear, and end with wisdom, pride, and a sometimes silent cheer.

This quote by Sharma is a wonderful one. I think I've heard it before and liked it a lot but didn't know who wrote it.
Tears and Cheers are good words for the first and third lines and I like that they rhyme.
Tears to Cheers is also a nice, upbeat title.
It's the kind of poem that makes me smile, and that is no small thing in the world today.
Good luck in the contest.

Your rhyming 1-9-1 is excellent--creative, descriptive, and uplifting.
Fears are as widely varied as the people affected by them. Unfaced fears
can paralyze people, making a completely normal life impossible.

Thanks for your review. Being fearful is so inhibiting. Overcoming our fears is often too hard for some. Strength could be gained from heeding this Biblical message: "Fear not, for I am with you..." Most people are facing their fears alone, so this could help a lot to know there is assistance at hand.

Yes it's difficult to pull oneself up by the bootstraps, but that's the only way to survive with many of the disheartening signs in our community at the moment, great entry in this 1/9/1 poetry contest, good luck, blessings Roy

I absolutely love this poem. Great 1-9-1 poem for the contest entry. These words are so true I joined fanstory in February and never got the courage to submit a poem until August. Now I love fan story and I write and submit all the time. Well done. Good luck in the contest.

A very well-written 1-9-1 poem about the courage to conquer our fears and tackle every challenge coming our way. Nothing can stand against bravery and faith.

You are right about bravery and faith... they are inseparable; we sometimes need bravery to have faith, and faith to have bravery.
