This work has reached the exceptional level

This heart-warming poem reminded me of a poem my husband wrote for me years ago. I have been married for 35 years to a romantic-at-heart man. He also wrote about the first time we met. So, I felt this poem particularly acutely. Excellent work!

A very romantic poem. I have always loved acrostics and you have made this one a very touching poetic verse. The photograph reminds me of a more innocent time. Where has that time gone?

    I wish I knew. Sometimes I wish I could just relive those times, but then I think about my wonderful adult children who are amazing and realize that right now, despite the covid, is the best time of my life. Thanks for reading my poem. :)

    Thank you so much. That was taken the same day we were married. I couldn't afford a wedding dress, neither of us had much money, but we were crazy in love and it didn't matter. Thanks again. :)

    Thank you so much for reading my poem. That picture was taken right after we were married at the courthouse. No fancy wedding, we couldn't afford it, but we were in love and it didn't matter. Thanks again. :)

This is a beautiful description of soulmates. Each line of your acrostic poem flows smoothly from the previous line, providing a complete romantic thought. I especially liked,
"Many years passed since that moment,
And I know I'm still under your spell."
