I think that you wrote a great and beautiful poem! It was well written, very easy to read, and I didn't see any grammar errors. What a beautiful tradition of finding the perfect Christmas Tree. I can tell that it brought good memories with family and delicious hot cocoa. Great post and thank you for sharing!

Thanks for your nice review. Glad you enjoyed the visit to the Navasota Tree Farm. We always did. Another tradition was creating the Christmas cards each year. Choosing the picture of us being silly, then working on the poem message. then gluing the xeroxed message to photo. We sent out over 100 at one point. Now, maybe thirty and done quickly on computer. Merry Christmas

Ah Mystical storyteller,
There is simply nothing better than a family tree chopping tradition coupled with a wonderful ivory snowflake storm. Y'all have great Texas heat waves...
and manufacture your own winter storm...back here in New England we have enough snow to send you all you want and then some. I liked your walk down memory lane and I share your sadness with plastic amazon trees. Bah humbug..

Talk about snowfall, you got yours this week! I so miss my lovely Mass mother-in-law who would say, "It's wicked cold up he-ah!" Thanks for your nice review.
