Correct me if I'm wrong, but is this an example of internal alliteration and more? Whatever the device, it's fantastic! What a mouthful, and so very, very clever. I wish you the best in the contest.

Thank you for reviewing and for rating my poem so highly. I don't know the right names for poetic devices, never having studied it, but 'internal alliteration' seems to fit this one. I was aiming for a tongue twister that made sense.

Thanks for your enthusiastic response to this poem. When I turned my mind to making a tongue twister I got inspired.
