I love your senryu. The Hills are alive sang Julie Andrews. Love your poem about that movie classic, The Sound Of Music. Inwish they would make more wholesome movies like that.

I think you're the second person who would like me to name the movie, but so far no one has failed to recognize it. Maybe I will put something in the Notes, after the contest is over. I agree, I wish more people would have escaped the terrible evil the Nazis brought to many peacefully dwelling people during that time -- and how different history might have been, if the vast majority had been as conscientious as the von Trapps, resisting acquiescence to their hateful ideology.
