This is really beautiful, Helen. There is so much to it. Your feeling, the intention behind it, the comfort of God's Word, love all around, personal application, lovely format. Seems like such a simple piece, but it's rather complicated poetic form.
Love it!
Lucy

Thanks for the super review and rating, Lucy! I just know that there are great prayer warriors here and they know Janet. Hope you try a sapphonic triad, too. It's perfect if you have a quote you want to share and comment on.
    Hugs!

A lovely triad, but awful news. I shall message Janet immediately. Wow. remember when we could all leap over tall buildings in a single bound?

It is a very good poem to pray for a Fanstory member to get better from a terrible fall that shattered her knee. You are very kind to write this poem to get her healing power from God. I like the last stanza a lot.

Well done.

Thank you, Lisa! When we share deeply from our hearts by writing, we get to know each other more than with some people we actually see in person. So our Fanstory family members really care for and pray for each other. Thanks for being part of that family. Hugs!

These are wonderful promises based on God's word. I will certainly pray for her before I go to bed tonight. Janet's such a dear thing. I hated to hear this. She knows the Lord and His healing and sustaining grace. A comfort for her. Thank you for the update, dear Helen.
Sending you my best today as always,
Sal XOs...

Sending prayers for her speedy recovering and well being. I hope she has help at home, someone to care for her while she's healing. So many people don't. Keep us posted on her progress.

This is a lovely Sapphonic Triad, Helen. Falling is such a risk when we get older, so your prayer is just the thing to help Janet in her recovery.

Thank you so much always for sharing your kind heart. :)

I'm only 63 and I realized recently how dangerous a fall can be! Thanks so much for the compassionate comments and the generous stars! Hugs!

Brilliant choice of metaphor, spot-on for poor Spangle. And for the rest of us topplers. (I did a ""swan dive" --not a gracelful one--2 months ago, when I caught my foot between uneven sidewalk segments. Probably cracked a couple of ribs, since healed. I have not run since.)

Lovely piece!

My feet holds [HOLD] strong OR My foothold's strong

Did I do a subject-verb mismatch again? I fire myself then!
Thanks for the grammar help, Liz. I'm so sorry to hear about your fall. I just fell on the icy road two days ago and last night slipped in the hallway. Life is dangerous!! Hugs!

I like this poetry form. It is displayed beautifully. It is wonderful idea to pray for our friends on this site. It is good know if we're in the need of prayer their are people on his site who will be there for us.

Your Sapphonic Triad is deeply spiritual and uplifting. Nothing can remove His children from His loving care. He is the Source of guidance and peace. (Typo--"holds" should be "hold," or you could "foothold's . . . .")
