What a cute little poem! Kind of like five little monkeys jumping on the bed. One fell off and bumped his head. Mama called the doctor and the doctor said, NO MORE MONKEYS JUMPING ON THE BED!
Then four little monkeys.....and so on, But your kitties baking cookies is so much cuter than that! Good luck with the contest!

Okay! So this is the most adorable thing I have ever read! That sweet little kitty at the end still shared the cookies even though the others gave up! What a good little kitty friend! If this doesn't win then I don't even know what! You have a gem here! Should be a children's book!

Thank you, I'm really glad you liked it. Cats and baked goods are two of my favorite things.. and wild geese with the moon on thier wings of course. I really appreciate this nice review. :)

It's a good thing the last kitty was kind and generous, because all the kitties left her/him to finish the baking and wash the dishes. This poem was too cute. As a retired early childhood teacher, I can clearly see this poem as a colorful story book for children. It would also work well as a counting tool with the appropriate number kitties on the opposite page of the poem. My classes would have loved it. Best wishes in the contest.
