Two hundred times! That's some going. I agree with you that it is an extremely powerful film with a rollercoaster of emotions. One of my favourites, too.

You have the story in a nutshell here and this was one of the most enjoyable films of the time, I have seen it a couple of times and I enjoyed the opening scene with the ink spots memorable song at the beginning and how injustice turns our to have some justice in the end, a fine poem about a great film, love Dolly x

I love this movie as well and had no idea it was a box office flop! I guess the critics didn't know a good thing when they see it! I guess that happens with all types of reviews. Jokes on them because it became a classic! Excellent poem! Loved it!

A most excellent job of summarizing the movie, though you might have added more about what Andy endured. I don't seem to have favorites of anything, so find myself wanting when asked to write about a favorite anything.

I really wanted to include that but I didn't want to give away the entire movie. Thanks so much for taking the time to read my poem. :)

I love that you've written about something you love, and making it rhyme too, is a tricky job!
Just one or two editing issues, but other than this I really liked it, I want to see more of your work! :)
'excemption' = exemption.
"...Norton's money..." there's a double space here when it's unnecessary.

Thank you for reading and for your helpful suggestions. I've corrected those and hope you might consider changing the rating. Either way, I appreciate you reading my poem. :)
