This is a nicely romantic acrostic poem about your love for your wife.
It shows how thankful you are to have found her.
I found a couple of mistaked. Express should be expressed and though I know you used flew to keep the rhyme, grammatically it should be flown.
Also, you don't need the S at the end of the poem.

This is truly precious. It's so spontaneous, loving, refreshing, honest and beautiful! I'm sure your beautiful wife Angela loves it.
I have some minor suggestions for revisions, but you are the poet! So it's up to you! Here they are, mostly for reducing capitalization and enhancing grammar:
