Well-told tale with a cute, humorous ending. - though I didn't see where the languge warning came into play I liked it, anyway .
Someone's gotta save us from wailing, intrusive M-I-Ls .. maybe trying to bash her head in with a five-pound ceramic elephant figurine might a little overkill? especially for someone who's already dead, but but in all fairness, te MC didn't know fo absolute certainty it was his dead M-I-L .. Who we gonna call?

Thank you for the great review, R.S. Yeah, I had to put the warning on there simple for the word 'shit.' Little old ladies on here whine if you don't. Lol. The figurine was for if there was an intruder. He didn't know it was his MIL until he opened the door. He might have still tried to use it then. Haha. I'm glad you liked this silly piece, friend. Wow, this had me going. Very nice writing. Intense, I could feel goosebumps forming on my body. I do believe in ghosts, actually. I have seen their work but never in a form. I'm not sure if this is true or half true or what but I enjoyed it and the writing was great.

Thank you for the great review, Supe. I haven't seen a 'human' ghost before but I have felt a cat ghost in our house a time or two since we bought it a couple years ago. I'm fairly sure our cats have seen it though. I really appreciate the generous stars, S. Thank you again.

What a great ghost story. I actually hate ghost stories because they scare me, but yours is delightfully funny. Until that last line, your story was realistic. I actually scrolled down to see if this was entered in the true story contest.
