Another fun peek into your interesting life. You seem to have a variety of skills that you put to good use.

One little typo. You'll see it when you read it. "and I learned the that 28 employees..."

Listening! That's for sure - too bad so many don't bother to listen anymore. They are just waiting to get their two cents into the conversation and then move on. Thank you for sharing, Beth! Have a nice day!

Another excellent episode friend Beth. Kids are a worry, until such times as the settle on their future partners in life, the growing up stage is always uncertain and a worry for parents, one of the greatest gifts God can give us is the perfect life partner for us. Beautifully written Beth, excellent job, blessings Roy

That does sound very wise - listen first! You're so brave to go into a brand new situation even though you had earned the respect of the company with the temp job. It's better to be a full time employee if there were benefits but it sounds like it will be challenging.
Don's girlfriends also sound like a challenge!

Hello Beth
From reading your true story about what you did is amazing, especially when Connie made a lot of friends at school, and sometimes they came over to our house. Some of them came from wealthy families. On spring break, several of them went on a skiing trip to Colorado, Sounds like when all of our children and including Stan and I loved to ski

Kimberly is a bit "unrestrained." YA THINK?! I vividly recall your having to put the killer dog under Don's window to keep her from climbing in! Sounds like things are heating up despite that! Nice piece--I'll be back later with a few edits.

Well done. I related to a lot of this. Particularly about at the doctors when they do your blood pressure. I, too, reckon it is them that makes it go up for us! No spags and a good read.

Thank you so much for the review and comments. I think doctors go a little nuts with the prescriptions. We take more medicine than we need.

Often one learns more by listening than talking. My students always want to know why I'm so quiet when I'm walking around the room. Invariably, someone will say, "So she can find out what we're up to." Gotta love them. Rdfrdmom2
