That's a lovely poem...Is it true to life? My sister and I grew up in a village and our family was poor at that time. But we never noticed...We had all we needed...To me those were the bestest of times...

It's absolutely true. It's funny when you're young and poor you don't realize..until you get older and reflect on it. I had a loving family though and that's makes a difference. Thanks for this nice review. :)

This is a nice poem that tells a good story of how a little kindness can make a big difference in a child's life. You have a homonym issue. Should be "pedaled" not "peddled."
