This are very scary words because when we destroy our historic culture and destroy people's right to free speech we then start burning books and before you know it we have a Nazi regime on our hands, a fearful few words here and I can see that this is happening in the US with Biden in charge, love Dolly x

Frankly, I am able to understand the underlying meaning of this short poem and its connection to Dr Seuss. Maybe, a different culture. Different country. But I see that you have met the contest guidelines. Good luck in the contest!

It was Mark Twain years ago, now Dr Seuss.
Freedom of speech is much misunderstood.
The constitution only prohibits government censorship,
not private business. Companies, even schools, have restrictions
on what their employees can say.
Excellent poem.

I love this! Has a valid point and resonates alot with me as far as the culture and the way the world is today in time. To me it is a joke and is in dire need of updating and remodeling, throwing out what simply doesn't work anymore and inviting the new. Good work!
