This is beautiful, and congratulations on your win. I hadn't seen your nonet before as it was for a "blind" contest. It looks beautiful, and the rhyme is elegant. Great alliteration with sandy and shores. You aptly describe the soothing effect of the ocean. It is wonderful to find a please that is so soothing. If it isn't the ocean, it can be some other peaceful spot. Great work! judi

Great poetic capture of the healing power of the ocean, sun, and sand. There is nothing like the healing power of the sea and the beach that touches it, and you have represented this will with great economy of works. Great job. And great photo illustration.

Natural sounds calm me especially the ocean. You advice is right on, seeing what Mother Nature provides for us, can only make one grateful just to be alive. That can lift you up out of your despair.

Love this nonet poem. Very intriguing. I can only imagine what you were doing when you wrote this. Probably out side letting the wind blow and howl and no loudness. Just pure blissfully peace.
