Oh, I so love my cat! Soft and cute and aloof. Until they want attention. And they are easy to care for. The best pets you can have. This is the first nonet I've read. I think you did a great job. Good luck in the contest.

This is the second nonet poem I've selected to review, and I still have no idea what the requirements of a nonet poem are. But each of them incorporated the shape of the subject written about. Yours added a GIF image that is hard to resist (even when you're not a cat person, like me). There's no doubt in reading your poem that you love, I mean LOVE, cats.

I like cats, but I'm more inclined to gravitate to dogs. As you mention, cats are so aloof. My daughter has a cat, and whenever I sit in a chair it climbs onto my chest and wants petted. If I have some peppermint gum in my shirt pocket, it will lick my pocket until it's saturated. Nice poem.

I like dogs too, but we've had more cats then dogs because they are easier to take care of. Thank you so much for reading. :)
