This was great! I love it when we can say something so important with humor, which is what you've done. The bad part is that I think you're preaching to the choir. There seems to be a veil over so many people that they can't even acknowledge the trouble we're in, even though they themselves are suffering. What a tragedy. Have a great day.

I just don't understand why they can't/ won't/don't know or acknowledge the insaneness of what's going on. Well, I take that back for one reason - they only watch CNN, MSNBC and the like. So, I guess that leave what's wrong with the media??? They must believe what they're spouting. They are so vindictive.
Patriotism is wanting.

Your poem is well written, Pome Lover, with great examples of what is/isn't being done by POTUS> Yes, signing a bunch of orders looks good on paper but amounts to nothing being done in real time. I don't see any kind of working together, any improvement in what he promised, and only how he spends $$$$$$$ that we don't have for those that don't need it but get it anyway. He is a puppet catering to the whims of the Left. I don't believe he even believes his own speeches--doubt if he writes them, too. It's a mess and is going to get messier.

That is the state he accused of Jim Crow laws and also suggested moving the MLB All Star Game from Atlanta. There should be a lottery for who's the real president. Winner gets a trillion $$$. Federal Reserve can just add that to the printing schedule.

Biden certainly misled the country. I thought he had voters believing his was centrist, but then he decided to cater to the progressives in Congress. Some of those he appointed to cabinet positions are a disgrace, too. He has been divisive, shown no desire to work across the aisle. The media has him thinking he's another FDR. You have him pegged in your poem. I don't know what his intentions are. I think he and the progressives won't be satisfied until everyone is miserable. Great job with your rhyme. I couldn't figure out what all the punctuation marks were for in the last line. judi

smiling. the punctuations are a mistake. I put a period and then a smiley face. better change it.
And I can tell you what I have read and heard is B's purpose - to divide us, bring in the illegals - get their votes for the Dems, kill the filibuster, vote in the two new states - in other words, POWER and certainty that the conservatives never win an election again. They know if they don't go balls to the wall before '22, they are sunk.
Isn't that marvelous!
Thank you for your encouraging words. I really feel sick, sometimes, over what is happening with Americans supporting it!

Boy, is that ever the truth. and it just kills me to watch and listen to it. And it gets worse by the day because the powerful libs know that the only way they can stay in power is if they get it all done before '22.

I saw the Report at 6 and Brett, indicated there are 6 Dem seats that might be up for grabs within this year; in the House.

This is a slick rhyming poem (to quote your words back at you) with solid, interesting rhymes, apart from a slight drag in the last but one stanza. Despite that, I enjoyed my read.

I don't imagine a lot of people share your views and probably have slammed you for what you wrote. But I agree totally with you, Common Sense has left the building. Your poem rhymed, made sense, and was very true. This should have been a contest entry. Very nice job. Thank you for sharing.

Bless you, Earl! Fortunately, so far not many have come back at me - I think they just won't answer, though the night is young.
