Another great post Katherine. I have liberal friends, but we pretty much don't discuss politics. My brothers and I are all on the same page, but not so sure of my sister. My parents were both Democrats, but weren't liberal. The way my dad spoke against the government when I was growing up I just assumed he was a Republican. It's too bad the the party has been
taken over by radicals. The Republicans are on a slippery slope as well I fear. It would be great if we could all agree to disagree and remember that families are forever. Blessings.

It would, indeed, be great. I hope you're wrong about the repubs, tho I do think the Old Guard are so dug in with their aristocratic snobbery and power that they would not stand together as a party as the dems do., BUT, by '22 they may (should) be so fed up with what the dems have done, they might, if that's going to defeat them.
I know my father would not be a democrat today, though he was back then.

laughing. great. Am glad you like it, and it is quick and easy. Since they have real whipped cream topping in a spray can, now, I might do that, too.
I have two sisters. The one in CA got so mad at our other sister and me she disowned us! I couldn't believe it. Stupid and ridiculous.
However, my Repub sister said it is sure peaceful lately.

Amen to that! Love for each other in families and in the Lord's Family should overpower any political stance. That's why I appreciate you, Katharine - we can differ politically but love each other in the Lord!

yes ma'am. absolutely.
Poor Debra white has had a bad reaction to the vaccine and feels terrible. I told her you said we did have until the 2nd to finish. Told her to rest and forget it for today.

Thanks for encouraging her and letting her know she can relax. Said a prayer for her. I think younger people have more of a reaction. But my mom had flu symptoms after her second dose but my dad was just fine. It's hard to guess with such variable individual reactions.

if that's true, on the whole, (younger people having more of a reaction), I wonder why? Would think it would be just the opposite.

The way I heard it explained was that younger people have stronger immune systems and so have a stronger reaction. But us older ones have weaker immune system. The vaccine works with our immune systems.

I guess that's best. Everybody is so adamant in their feelings. Although, really, Ralf, wouldn't you be interested to know what they think is good about Biden's and the Left's policies? I would. And have been asking in my posts, but nobody has answered.

That's very insightful. The way the country is going right now I think there are a lot of people who don't see eye to eye of what's going on. We could end up with a civil war right inside our homes between spouses. Great job!
