These short pieces are so difficult to judge because the message delivered means as much as the way it is delivered. I find the requirements are met, but all I can get from this piece is one point of view that may or may not be true. It sounds too much like an aunt telling an upset kid this stuff. Still, this is a nice piece and the writer should be proud of this work.
