Writing is such a great way to preserve memories and have a conversation with our loved ones who have gone into eternity before us. It's nice that you can keep your husband in the loop through your writing.

Wow... quite the parade of company and touring them about...That was definitely very kind of you. And discovering things about our family ... things they didn't normally share.... can be disturbing and worrisome. It seems in the end it has all worked out for all of you...but it was a rough road that you and your husband were able to travel together and still find a good life. Smiles, Carol

Thank you Carol. I appreciate the review and comments. Yes, sometimes things happened that were upsetting but all in all, I thought my life wasn't so bad. I would relive all if I had the chance. I felt pretty blessed in spite of worry over my children.
