Now I have run out of six. I should have waited but thought to read your work. I was thinking of how cold it can get here and the Christmas we had at our times. It sounds like a normal southern Christmas, but Yankees would never understand. LOL, Another good one, Beth.

Thank you Chuch, I appreciate you reviews. Don't worry about the stars. We Southerners aren't used to cold weather and it hits us hard.

It's too bad that Jimmy can't seem to stay married. Five failed marriages sounds devastating!
I remember Joy from your earlier chapters when you were studying art in college. She was your roommate, right?
Thanks for another whirlwind coverage of a busy time!
Typos etc:
she was becomming attached to the children (becoming)
and married and airman (an airman)
we lost tract of each other, (track)
Lenny's mom was spending Christma,s
Glens parents' home in Georgia. (Glen's)
Connie seemed to think she lived there to, (too)

Wow, I made a lot of errors on this one. Thanks for the help. I didn't ever live in the dorm so I didn't have a roommate. I was already married when I finished college. Joy visited me a lot during that time. Jimmy will marry once more and this time it will work. I think being without a job humbled him and he became a Christian an it made a difference.

There are a lot of relationship problems in this chapter! Not only did your children have them, but it seems that your nephew, Jimmy, was in competition with Liz Taylor, for the number of times he got married!
Your son Don and his wife Kimberly seemed to be doing okay, except for their financial problems. They made you some very creative gifts. Maybe they were getting more financially savvy?

Poor Amy, it sounds as though she was very unhappy. I hope she didn't make any more suicide attempts.

I'm glad you rekindled your friendship with Joy. She sounds familiar, but it was very far back, and I'm trying to remember her. I hope you stayed good friends.

Thank you so much for the review and comments and your excellent help. I'm afraid there was quite a bit to correct on this one. Jimmy's sixth marriage worked for him. He has been marrid about twenty-five years now. I think being without work humbled his supeiior attitude and he became a Christian and married a girl who was right for him.
Connie tells me Amy is doing well now. She is happily married and has a nice family. I guess she got the couceling she needed.

This piece is not for general publication. It is something that would appear in a diary. There is misspelling and grammar errors. Family members might be interested in this, but not the general public.
