Terrific rhyme scheme and message for your contest entry. Your companion photograph just adds to its overall presentation. I like especially your last three words phrasing.

This is a very nice poem. With only eleven words you included two internal rhymes and an ending thyme. The photo you chose is perfect for this poem. Well done!

Hi Rhaguvir. I really like this essence poem where you manage to say something very important in so few words. The eagle is indeed a magnificent bird from which we can learn a great deal. You have wonderful internal rhyme. An interesting poem, indeed. Good luck with this little gem. Ulla:)))

This lovely, patriotic, skillfully-written essence poem is a rousing reminder
that the beautiful bald eagle is not like any other bird, but is a long-held symbol of what the country stands for.

Great picture of the eagle and great words to describe this majestic bird. The eagle flies above the storm, and is an inspiration for us in life.

To soar with the beauty and the grace of an eagle and achieve the pinnacle of our goals.... I live in the country and we have eagles that build their nests nearby every year. They are absolutely majestic.

In my opinion, I like the analogous reference - its truth is easily apparent, in light of wind patterns and crowded skies - and, fully compliant with the prompt. Best wishes in the contest...
