You are right. It does pounce--but the word pounce has a typo. Otherwise the image is great and I like the homage to Sandburg as well. The photo is an intereting contrast.

I think some winter comes like that .Since I live in a tropical country ,I have no idea of winters. I am reminded of a poem '"The fog comes on little cat's feet-- all the best for the contest.

Winters can be brutal but also for those like snow, they can be great fun. Thank you for taking time to read and comment. I must confess Carl Sandburg's poem always rings in my head.
