I love autumn and its vivid hues I find mesmerising just like your choice of artwork.
Your poem also draws me in cause autumn to me means the grape harvest; those reds , orange and yellow leaves certainly recall the hues of many wines.
Your second comparison is brilliant too .. the veins of autumn leaves stand out more and definitely seem like delicate spider spun webs.
Your title is perfect.
When taking a walk in the near by woods in autumn, I have the impression Mother Nature is wrapping me in a warm, loving embrace.

Excellent descriptive phrases. You have squeezed a lot of color into this difficult prompt. This should do very well in the nonet contest. "like soft webs spider spun" is a great simile.
