This is a good entry for the Parents writing prompt contest.
It rhymes well and describes the love and joy and blessings of being a parent and having children. Baby angels are beautiful beings.
The whole poem is great - my favourite stanza being this one...
Being a parent means loving someone
for life unconditionally.
To put them before yourself every time,
a great responsibility.
Congratulations on having five children. A job well done. Thank you for sharing and best of luck in the competition.

Your poem has a nice rhyme scheme. Its sentiment is certainly valid--a child captures you heart and never lets it go without a doubt. Even when the are taller than you are.
