Thank you for this exceptional review, I'm so glad you liked my poem. Right now I'm with my 3 daughters at a pumpkin patch/ corn maze(which we got lost in) and having a great time. Reading your review just made it better! Thanks again for taking time to read my poetry. :)

A great image, and a fun poem, and you have successfully rhymed and created a good rhythm to your poem. You set the scene well for the night, and have an original take on the theme. Best wishes for your entry.

Your poem definitely has skeletons dancing, prancing, and playing their instruments. These will send a shiver down the spines of trick-or-treaters, that's for sure.

This Halloween poem, The Skeleton Dance, presented with eight ABCB-rhymed quatrains, is well-paced, full of seasonally scary observations, and nicely produced.
One note might be the overuse of "bony". Bony band is terrific, but perhaps arms and dancers could get different bone-related adjectives. Long-dead dancers comes to mind and bleached bare arms.
