I've had this happen to me. The worst instance was releasing inadvertently something that was a contest entry. Before I had a chance to do the editing, the power went out and was out for two days. Some of the ways to prevent early release of a post sound rather tricky. It's best just not to be so quick on the trigger in the first place. judi

firstly, love the alliteration in the title... hmmmmm, guess that's a multiple Premature? Don't worry, just my mind regressing.
Well, seen as though I may have inadvertently caused a spark in your brain for this post... yes, I know of this premature posting you are referring to.
But once bitten, twice shy they say... yes, I will be on full alert to this scourge of the premature poster person. Never will I fall foul to this. 'No' button again, only yes!( I hope!)

No matter I don't fudge, and I'll try damn hard not to change titles to appease my busted ego for the two free bonus reviews it may have received.

That is one of the few things on here that I understand and have built a tolerance for. I use the Lisa Wharton method.
I've given up on the star system, so I just blink and move on. My latest post managed to corral another 4 star review. I have a bag full of them.

Thank you so much for sharing this information. I am glad that I discovered this preview option shortly after I started on here. It is so nice to be able to view how your finished work is going to look, before it actually goes live. I didn't know that about being able to change the title and not affect your standings. That is good to know.
